Urban Building offers a comprehensive portfolio of management, delivery and consulting services each of which can be customized to meet a given client’s unique project needs. Taken in their entirety these services cover most aspects of the typical development process. These services range from providing project management which broadly covers all aspects of planning, managing and overseeing a given project from concept through commissioning; to the middle ground of working as an extension of the client’s staff, supplementing the client’s in-house capabilities in a seamless and transparent fashion so that the client does not have to deal with the complex construction industry without the experience or expertise to do so, to limited scope consulting addressing a particular task or matter, and Building Information Modeling (BIM) providing 3D, 4D and 5D models. Urban Building also assists its clients in determining what delivery method is best suited for its project and helps effectuate the selected method.
