The condominiums will be connected to the existing Four Seasons Hotel via a subterranean service tunnel. The project includes extensive off-site and on-site infrastructure development. We are providing technical expertise in managing the development of the building’s design, we are providing estimating, scheduling, proposal and scope analysis services. We are involved in the development of the projects Target Budget and focused cost studies and the contractor selection process. |
