| Description: | Preparation and processing of the 25 year Master Plan for the 38 acre Hospital Campus. The Master Plan encompasses adding 700,000 sf of Buildings and 1,100,000 sf. of Parking Structures with over 3,500 stalls. This includes, all site planning, building planning, conceptual designs, the preparation of a 3D computer model of the entire campus, as well as plans for all off-site traffic mitigation and improvements. Managing the EIR process, holding community meetings and site tours, public hearings and Board presentations. Also conducting numerous studies and analysis as well as a significant quantity of photo realistic views and sections to meet study and approval needs. |
