Since 1981 Urban Building has specialized in high-end, complex commercial and institutional projects. We create unique solutions to complex development and construction strategies through a combination of “outside-the-box” thinking and our extensive knowledge and experience in managing the “process”. We know who can best perform a specific task, whether it's in the area of design, professional consulting or a specialty/prime contractor. We use this insight, knowledge and experience in undertaking our assigned tasks or in structuring our project teams so as to provide optimal performance and success.

Our philosophy is straightforward. As a given we accept the fact that the client knows what he wants, and that he will have a basic goal or plan to design and construct a particular project; or he will have a specific task or tasks where he is in need of our assistance.

Our business orientation is towards quality not quantity, we fully understand that “construction” is a people business, with the results achieved on a given project being a direct reflection of the individual capabilities, contributions and dedication of the individuals responsible for the day-to-day management of a given project or task.

We see it as our responsibility to use this knowledge and expertise to work with our clients to timely coordinate, manage and execute all of the various aspects of any project or task assigned us.
